William is the man. Showed up right away to diagnose, then back a few days later to investigate my clogged subterranean gutter. Found the problem and spent the afternoon fabricating a custom solution onsite. Very reasonable price. Had him back just now to check out another problem and took care of it right away. Never tried to sell me more than I needed, always on time, responsive and high quality work.
