When William came out he checked out the roof, educated me on the insurance process and told me if I wanted to, I could get a whole new roof through an insurance claim. I went ahead with it and he handled all the inspection and insurance details, even trying to wrangle my unresponsive solar company. The work was started in the timeframe he provided and completed really quickly! The crew handled moving outdoor furniture and the like and always cleaned up fully and left the place like they found it. William and the crew went above and beyond to make my home look amazing. It's an older home, so now it's all up to current code, all the roof vents are new and match the black shingles I chose, and they even did some additional siding repair, paint, and trim on the second floor dormer-- which looks incredible.
