William and his crew did an amazing job on my home and garage roof! I originally contacted the company looking for a couple small patch repairs on my wind/hail damaged roof. When William came out he checked out the roof, educated me on the insurance process and told me if I wanted to, I could get a whole new roof through an insurance claim. I went ahead with it and he handled all the inspection and insurance details, even trying to wrangle my unresponsive solar company. The work was started in the timeframe he provided and completed really quickly! The crew handled moving outdoor furniture and the like and always cleaned up fully and left the place like they found it. William and the crew went above and beyond to make my home look amazing. It's an older home, so now it's all up to current code, all the roof vents are new and match the black shingles I chose, and they even did some additional siding repair, paint, and trim on the second floor dormer-- which looks incredible. William was super communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!!
William is simply the Best!! He is honest, respectful, great workmanship, work done on time, and goes above and beyond what you’d expect! He took great care of our property during the roof replacement! He has done complete roof and gutter replacement at our house and has help with many leaks at our restaurant Romano’s!! William and his team did an incredible job. Our insurance company tried to play hardball and deny replacing our roof when it clearly needed to be. William went above and beyond navigating the communication with insurance and ended getting everything we needed covered and paid for! All our other contractors have said that the roof work was done at the highest level of quality, and it also looks great. I couldn't recommend William more!
What an amazing company! William is an honest and complete expert at roofs and gutters! I’m not sure I could find any reliable company to compare to this company. One of the best out there. Maybe even THE BEST!
We recently had a concrete patio installed, and realized the day before they were going to lay the concrete that we needed to have some of our gutters repaired and re-routed ASAP. William was not only able to come out the same day to provide an estimate, but even came early the next morning to get the job done. He did a great job and I was impressed with William's promptness and communication. If you're in need of a gutter repair, I highly recommend going with WQ!
I’m so thankful for William. He came by to both do an estimate, and start the work on my gutters. Turns out there were FAR more issues than I initially thought. He gave me specific recommendations for what to fix and some tips on how to get it done correctly. It just so happened that the person who redid the house had a warranty on the existing gutters so he advised I try to get as much done with the warranty as possible, which I really respected. I will ABSOLUTELY call him the next time I need anything done with gutters or roofing. He seems like he really knows his stuff!
When it came time to replace my low pitch roof, William was highly recommended to me by a friend with a similar roof type. I have now had WQ Roofing install two low pitch roofs with gutters on my property and am a very satisfied customer.
